There are drinks that everyone knows, the so called classics. These are divided into old classics (Negroni, Mai Tai, Martini etc.) and modern classics (Bramble, Espresso Martini or Gin Basil Smash). Every really serious bartender knows these drinks and mixes them too. They are part of the standard program of international bar cards. It’s a little different with the Rosemary Mango Gin Fizz. We have tasted this cocktail in some good bars in Europe. The story behind this Gin Fizz twist is by no means earth-shattering, but sometimes beautiful things simply happen.

Notes
Recommended Gins
Any classic London Dry Gin is suitable as a gin for this drink. Since there are two very dominant flavors with rosemary and mango, it should perhaps be a more straightforward gin that does not overpower the highlights of this cocktail.
Tanqueray London Dry Gin
Rating: 5/5
We think that any gin that is simple and does not deviate from its London Dry status is a good fit for this cocktail. The first on our list of recommendations is Tanqueray London Dry gin.

Beefeater London Dry Gin
Rating: 5/5
Beefeater gin is similar to Tanqueray gin in the sense that it is a classic London dry. It will give this cocktail the necessary space for the mango and rosemary to shine.
