Equipment

  • Mixer blender
  • Bar spoon
  • Lemon juicer

Ingredients

  • 45 ml golden rum Puerto Rico
  • 45 ml golden rum Jamaica
  • 30 ml Overproof Rum Demarara
  • 15 ml falernum
  • 22.5 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml "Don's Mix" 10 ml grapefruit juice, 5 ml cinnamon syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 6 drops of Pernod
  • 1 bar spoon Grenadine
  • 1 handful crushed ice

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in the blender
  • Blend for five seconds
  • Add ice cubes to a glass until it is full
  • Pour the mix into the glass
  • Garnish with sprigs of mint
