  • 50 ml London Dry Gin
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml mango syrup
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Soda water


  • Heat the rosemary a bit beforehand so that it can release its essential oils.
  • Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously on ice.
  • Serve in a tumbler on ice.
  • Top off with with a little soda to add the fizz as desired.


Mango puree can be used if preparing a simple syrup by cooking and reducing water with sugar with mango pieces is not possible.
